I have a question about 24-HOUR TOWING ASSISTANCE.
The 24-Hour Towing Assistance Program is designed to provide you with peace of mind and confidence that your towing needs will be fulfilled under the terms of the warranty or sold with select Chrysler Group LLC Extended Service Contract policies.
If your vehicle becomes disabled as a result of a warrantable mechanical condition during the 3 year/36,000 mile Basic Limited Warranty, or is a diesel vehicle within the Diesel Engine Limited Warranty, the towing service is covered under the Program. If the vehicle needs to be towed and the cause is not due to a warrantable mechanical condition, then the vehicle will be towed at owner expense.
Upon your call, the 24-Hour Towing Assistance Program hotline will dispatch a towing service to transport your vehicle to the closest dealership that services your brand of vehicle. If you choose to go to another dealership, you may be responsible for the cost if the extra distance exceeds 10 miles.
